The project’s main goal is to establish a collaborative partnership across borders, fostering joint initiatives for sharing best practices and cooperation at a European level in agro-food chain byproducts enhancement through innovative and sustainable methods.

Our mission is to provide resources and updates for students, professors, universities, and companies, fostering a more sustainable future for agriculture and food production.

Focuses on promoting innovative practices in the circular economy to reduce agro-food chain byproducts across partner countries.

Addresses the integration of byproducts into human nutrition, emphasizing their chemical composition, bioavailability, and bioaccessibility.

Training Food Tech Experts
Aims to elevate the expertise of specialists and students in sustainable food technologies and nutrition science.
Industry Use of Byproducts
Concentrates on equipping economic agents with knowledge and tools to utilize byproducts as functional ingredients across industries.
